so you're saying take the entire fuse panel out because there is no isolator relay there

Did you hear a load click when you pressed the switch? No, would mean no power to it. Locate your battery control center and check for the aux start fuse.
The aux start relay on many are the same one for charging coach battery from the chassis alternator.

Aux switch did not help the starter one bit

Do you have a "aux" start button on the dash? It is a momemtary rocker. Pushing it should allow to start the rig off the coach batteries.
Many rigs do not charge the chassis battery from shore power. I put a small charger on the chassis battery to keep it up.
