I used to drive class A truck for an equipment rental outfit out of southern california. My shift was usually 2am-2pm. I was headed down the 57/60 interchange a little east of L.A. about 4am one morning.
The right lane ended, the semi truck next to me kept trying to merge into the side of my truck when his driver's mirror hit my passenger mirror and completely shattered it.
I stayed with him for 15 miles blowing the air horn, waving hand signals side by side with him for that amount of time. Not once did he look over, and he knew I was right there.
I took down his company info., passed it onto my boss and let them know it wasn't my fault and that I tried to chase him down. He just kept going. That mirror was like $150 on a freightliner.
