Every time we change oil in our class C they charge us extra

I agree you are getting hosed, I have the same chassis and engine as you.

It takes 6 Quarts, an oil cooler, unless it is after market will not increase the need for extra oil.

So Says my GM Garage. That works on trucks of all size.
