Exceptional Customer Service

Often, when something doesn't go just right, everyone is more than eager to chime in on how bad that company's service is and most often its about repairs. This week I had a very good experiance with customer service at Camping World and thought I should say so.

I ordered an item on 12/5 which I received on 12/11. It came damaged. I called customer service and spoke to a very plesent lady who said she would take care of it. Within 24 hours, UPS picked up the damaged product, I received a credit on my charge card and received tracking info on the replacement item.

Exceptional service from an exceptional company. How many other companies are that good?
