We have only put about 9K miles on our Class C we purchased used and got it home 6 years ago; expensive gas and our favorite place is only 35 miles away. So we just don't put too many miles on every year. Yes it would probably be cheaper to stay in a hotel or resort for the weekend, but having a MH gives us a chance to do what we like to do, and when/where we want to travel. When we bought it and what life is like now is 2 different things. Living in Florida it is not far to 5 campgrounds all less then 50 miles from home and we just use it for weekend get-a-ways. But sometime we just get busy and it might set beside the house for 2-3 months before we find time again, also.
