F53 Sway Bar Adjustmenbt
Am in the process of above. Do I have to loosen the sway bar itself to get the holes to align. I have a small jack, if needed. Thanks.

You are going to need to raise the bar(s) somehow. I used a small bottle jack to get the bolt holes to line up. Any jack or some type of lever will work. The bushings are ment to be stiff and resist rotating.
