Recently the lift motor and & elevation arm failed, on one of our three 9 year old Fantastic Vents.
I called Fantastic Vent, now a division of Atwood, in Elkhart to find out the part numbers so I could order them from a dealer or on-line. They asked me for the model number (located on the label on the fan motor on ours), a credit card number and my address. Total charge was $12.50 for shipping and handling. The parts arrived here in south Texas, in about 5 working days. It was a ten to fifteen minute job to change out the parts with the instructions they included. Great company to work with.
