Check NAPA for the prices for pads and calipers, and rotors. As I recall they're relatively insepensive. Calipers with pads around $120.00 each. Front rotors are about $75.00 each, and rear rotors are about the same price.
So If you need all 4 calipers and pads you're talking around $500.00. All 4 rotors should cost another $300.00. Add another $100.00 for hardware and fluid and the total cost for parts is about $900.00. Labor would be about 2 hrs per wheel. At $100.00 per hour the total cost is around $1,700.00. That's assuming you use rebuilt calipers and standard pads. If they're using new calipers and premium pads repacking the front wheels, and replacing all the wheel seals the price is about right.
