(New member of the forum. Good Sam member roughly 3 years with a 97 Rexhall 30 that we are prepping for some long trips.)

Thoroughly clean the area around each hole, fill them with anything and cover each with a 4"x4" Eternabond patch.
BTW sealing around the edges of Eternabond with Dicor: http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/dicor-self-leveling-lap-sealant-white/32125, is not a bad idea.
