Marinetec makes a Fiberglas repair epoxy that comes in a box with hardener. It is a putty that bonds to the Fiberglas and works great. We use it to repair chips and gaff marks in the gelcoat on our boats. Available at West Marine and other boating stores.
this weekend I will try to take a picture of some holes that I patched using this type of material in the bow of my boat. made a little harder since I also had to put in a "waffle" type of small raised bumps to match.
