In 2012 we drove both the Ford and the Chevy. The Chevy had better legroom for passenger, was able to get from seats to back more easily. Chevy is reported to have better handling, although Ford handling can be improved with a front end alignment after break in period. Ford has slightly better cargo capacity, but that should not be a factor on the size you are looking at. Chevy has 1-2 mpg better mileage in the smaller sized MH.
Can't really say which is best--often a matter of personal preference. I can say we are completely satisfied with our Chevy.
