Finding an oil leak?

The first place I'd check is the oil filter.

I don't know what year that Cat changed the slobber tube so I would check that. Most pre emissions engins blow some oil out the slobber tube. That is why it should be re routed/extended or a catch bottle added. I would check the filter and outer possible leak points and let us know what you find.

Coach, when you're under there, get the part number off of the white sticker on the oil pan and call Cat to see how much oil your engine should hold. I understand Cat put three different oil pans on the C7 and most MHs use the shallowest one, but it usually has the deep oil pan dip stick. If you take your MH in for oil changes they most likely overfilled it. You need to put the correct amount of oil in and then put a new line on the dip stick.

Having said that, since the breather tube usually comes out on the right rear of the MH, I don't think that's your problem causing oil all over the bottom of the engine, though it could be putting an oil film on your intercooler and radiator.

Let us know what you find.

A lot of good advice here, I will add one more. The oil pans on the C7 Cats have a reputation for rusting out. Could be a pin hole in the oil pan.:)

all of my suggestions are viewing the engine from the flywheel end not left and right of the coach. oil leaks on the right side, oil filter or oil cooler gaskets. front of engine the thick steel plate that covers the gear train the gasket will leak right above the front seal on the left side, a lot of front seals have been replaced because of this. on the left side air comp. gaskets and the large rubber oil line that goes to the huie pump, also huie pres sensor on the head. these are some of the most common 3126/ c7 leaks
