And the fix makes a REMARKABLE difference.
In addition to your check list:
Get a multi-meter if you don't already have one and check the coach batteries.....both while plugged into shore power and when the truck engine is running. In both cases, it should be at least .5 volts higher than just the batteries alone. (for instance, battery not charging = 12.6; with external power or engine running, at least 13.2).
