IMHO 4 down only way to go. Towed 4 down for 7 years now without a problem, three different MH and toads. Years back I towed a small truck behind a full size truck with a dolly. Driving a 60 mph on an interstate, for some unknown reason the dolly started slamming back and forth which almost pulled my truck off the road. After I coasted to a stop and got my heart under control, I checked everything out and all was ok, continued at 45 mph for the rest of the trip. For me never again will I tow with a dolly. BTW you can on some vehicles install the brackets yourself, along with Master brake and brake/ turn signals, I did on my Ford F150. Saved quite a lot on labor. Good luck.
