Fleetwood 39V Diesel

I'm considering purchasing a 2006 Fleetwood Discovery 39V diesel. The other day I came across something that said most single rear axle diesel pushers
were loaded almost to capacity on the rear axel, as delivered from the factory.

Does anyone have any experience with this model, who could offer some advice?

Thank you
  • We used to have a 2005 Revolution LE that was over 41' long, and it didn't have any capacity problem on the rear axle.

    Ed Headington
  • My 05 38 Fleetwood Expedition had plenty of capacity left. The only way to know is to weigh it.
  • I hAve a 2007 39v and weighed to fully loaded with every compartment full, full tank offuel, and full tank of lp. No water in the tanks though. It weighed less than 28000 which is under the gvw rating which is 31000.
  • I don't have any weight distribution problems with my 2005 39S.

    Bill
  • With mine loaded, the weight is properly distributed front and rear.
    Don't know about other makes.
