They have to keep the prices high to recover the cost of the warranty repairs because they refuse to train the help right and take the the sloppy workmanship as quality.
Can't complain on the workmanship of my pre-recession American built coach, but will have to say that FW is nothing short of being ridiculous with their parts prices. Certainly nothing like Spartan chassis, who caters to their customers and will usually beat all aftermarket products, including those found on Amazon and eBay.
Other than that, the Rev Group does offer great tech. support and will send you most info at no charge.
