I tried posting this yesterday, but the forum died while I was writing it.
I have a 2005 Fleetwood Fiesta 26Y (27' actual length). My understanding is that the Fiesta and Terra are essentially the same. The Owners Manual lists both on the cover and don't differentiate inside the manual.
Link to the manual mentioned: http://fleetwoodrv.com/partsandservice/manuals/2005_FIESTA_TERRA.pdf
Sales brochure for the 2005 Terra: http://fleetwoodrv.com/frvlibrary/docs/2005/2005_tra_b.pdf
I don't see a brochure for the Terra with floorplans listed.
Anyway, I am satisfied with our Fiesta. I knew going in that it was an entry level Class A, with all that entails. It is a P-32 chassis, which keeps the price down, but the handling and ride aren't as good as some of the newer designs. It's a bit noisy going down the road, but my wife and I have learned to live with it.
Build quality is not as good as the higher end A's. More like mid-level Class C's. Still, for the price we paid, we got a decent value. I didn't expect Monaco or HR quality.
We've owned ours for 7-1/2 years now and it's done what we've asked of it without any major problems.
If you have specific questions, please ask!
