well I have 1/2 laminate through out the whole basement in my house 1400sq ft.It random lenths like how hardwood comes.4 inches wide X 1/2 thick.its as close looking to hardwood as anything I have seen.

Mt point is there are laminates and there are laminates.There not all equal.I still personally contend the Vinyl planking when it comes to MH is the best route there is.Totally water proof,fits tight to all borders and edges,very durable,leaves planety of room for slide movment even after laying new subfloor.It looks terrific.Cons is it labour intensive job because requires new sub floor and is hand glued.
