Quite a few people on here have told stories of installing Allure and have been happy with it, but if you read the instructions on Allure they say don't install it in a location where temps go below 55 or above 85. Now in a house that usually won't be a problem because housing are generally always kept in that temp range. Is your motorhome always keep within that range? I live in California where we don't get extreme weather, but I know in the winter it will get below 55 in my motorhome, and I have indoor storage.
I would not use Allure, especially the version sold at HD that uses an adhesive strip at the edge to join the pieces.
That said, I had the carpet replaced in my previous DP by a shop that had previously done some good work on my coach. Unknown to me, they were in financial trouble when they were doing my flooring so they used the stick together Allure on my coach. I knew we were likely going to be trading the coach soon so didn't complain too much. We did trade the coach within two weeks of having the flooring change so I had no real experience with the Allure but wondered how it would hold up to temp changes.
I have spoken several times to the fellow who bought my traded coach three years ago. He has never mentioned an issue with the flooring.
