First, thanks for all the replies, but am glad, that I completely forgot to read the these posts this morning, before starting out....lol
As it turned out, we chanced it and down that road we went and eventually running out of blacktop. It was still pretty smooth going on that dusty road and we mostly went down the center and finding a place to pull over for cars coming, unless they hadn't already done so, with seeing me coming and probably thought we were crazy.
Anyway, not sorry that we made the detour and it was interesting to our northern visitors. Water pretty close to the road, but none in it, at this time of the year, in the dry season. However it was still a one time thing in the coach and am glad for the heads up, especially about water being in there at times. Having said that, if there's a next, it'll most likely be in the Jeep.
