"Bioblend" is a mixture of biodiesel and regular petroleum-based diesel fuel. The biodiesel is made from vegetable oils, cooking fat, animal fat, and stuff like that. The resulting biodiesel (which is really an ester) is mixed with petro diesel and sold as bioblend. I guess Flying J is indicating the the blend could contain as much as 20% biodiesel?
