I do realize the trucking trade is a major part of our commerce and they do keep a tight schedule and need to fuel and hit the road.
I also have to say that the tourist trade, including RV's is a major contributer to the economical sources.
Weboth need our space to do our jobs, but the bottom line is our machines need to have fuel.
OTR drivers are the majority of busness and should have their own fueling stations, but with all of th large RV's on the road, why is it not possible to have these big Franchise stations add to or realize that big rigs are not capable of using some of the pumping stations, partly because of turning radius, and to use the auto pumps, they do take away a lot of pump spaces for auto customers. No pumping gas, no profit, even if a small one. As for pulling forward at the gas/diesel RV pumps, I do and most other people do, but the wait to pump when you are one of a double line waiting to fuel or someone is getting propane does have an effect on is the 2cent discount fuel card is really worth it.
By the way, isn't the reason for the fuel discount is to bring the RV's, even the gas ones in to contribute to the companies future.
Trucks do have to deliver products for all types of things, including the RV trade which in turn creates a domino effect on the economy.
