I honestly can not see how air bags could fix the ride on a way oversprung front end of a 460/F53. I went out of my way to always put the heaviest items in the front bays just to help compress those leafs. Maybe a V10/F53 is different in that regard.
I added front air bags to my '95 F53, and like Mike, it made a significant difference in the ride. The bags take some of the load ahead of the springs, so they get compressed first as you travel over the typical minor road bumps, before the harsher springs take over on the larger bumps. I run my front bags at 30 psi, with the rears at 60 psi.
