Why can't they get the parts and have the time set aside and get it done? I'm sure they know exactly what needs to be done, how to do it and how long it takes.
BUT...it's a recall. The dealer isn't going to make the same $$$ as from a private individual so it's not a priority.
Having to drive the bus over 2 hours from home then have to leave it for several days??? AND...there is no guarantee it would be ready when they say it "should" be.
I guess we don't have to get it done right now but still.... 100 miles away?!? GRRR.
