That WB isn't all that bad in its own right, BUT...
Adjust tire pressures then take a test drive that includes a visit to a truck scale. I'd suggest 60-front, 75-rear which is what we run on our 31-ft that weighs 13500 loaded for camping. The door sticker may specify more than that on the assumption that the chassis will be loaded to max capacity of 14500. Whatever you do, don't test it with the 80-psi-front stamped on the sidewalls. It'll drive absolutely squirrely.
Some of the newer 31-ft Class C's have wheel base around 220" and that helps handling/tracking AND weight distribution. My concern with a shorter WB is that it may work out that not enough weight is shifted to the front axle, running the rear axle at or even above its capacity. Take a look at that.
