Some people pour the bleach in the hose, connect it and turn the water on. I didn't have much luck doing that.
I have a whole house water filter on my rig and I take the filter cartridge out, put the bleach in the housing and add it to the tank that way.
The filter (GE SmartWater) costs about $20 at a hardware store plus whatever the hose fittings cost.
