You may have a tank under the bed, but if not find it and there should be at least one top overflow plastic connections that you can undo and get Chlorox into. Use a bucket to put the bottle of Chlorox into so it won't bleach anything if you spill it. Then with a small funnel inserted into the overflow port of the tank, pour a cup of Chlorox in very slowly as the tank has to let air out as it takes on the Chlorox. Then replace the overflow fittings and pipe and fill the tank to the top. Then run water from the tank into all faucets and toilet, but do not allow the water into the Ice maker by lifting the arm up which stops water into Ice cube maker. The hot water tank will be full of water unless you have emptied it. Empting a hot water tank is dangerous especially if it is full of hot water, but even with cold water it is under pressure, so always open the top pressure release valve first before opening the drain plug. Stand back when doing this as it will come out fast and at you. When refilling the tank put bottom plug in first then fill with top vent open as it will start coming out top when full, then shut top vent valve. With Chlorinated water in the system, let it stand at least 24 hours, then flush at least twice draining to non vegetation area, as Chlorine turns to salt and water when added to water over time and will kill vegetation. Hot water tank may need a third cleaning with White Vinegar and water to remove buildup of calcium in the tank and remove stuck particles. Force or dribble in the straight Vinegar into the top vent opening about 12 ounces then fill with water from fresh water tank and let it sit for at least 24 hours. Then open top pressure release valve and the open bottom drain and let it out, flushing a few times until all clear. This is a once a year maintenance for healthy systems. This process can be used to clean the black and grey water tanks also and the toilet, as when you are draining the Chlorinated water you can drain it into the tanks then dump it, instead of dumping the fresh water Chlorinated water out the fresh water tank drain.
