If you are hooked up to city water and on a well, more than likely the chlorine content in your city water has enough in it to sanitize without you having to really do anything, but fill your fresh water tank completely full, pump through your faucets and let it sit a couple days. Then drain and repeat.
If you're on a well or non-treated water, then you'll have to find an alternative way to get the bleach in the tank ... Use a funnel and pour it in. Then add water, drive around, let it slosh real good in the tank, then run through your lines. Run the rest through your lines (sink, etc.) and rinse.
