I only have city water fill on mine also. I used my over flow hose to pour the bleach in my tank the first year that I bought it. I did not like the after taste and the flushing and realized that I am on city water anyways and it is chlorinated so once or twice a year I will just flush the tank until water comes out of the overflow.
