Several questions... First the batteries you said "Real good Deep Cycle" specifically are the MARINE/deep cycle 12 volt or are they Six Volt GC-2's
Also, if they are not GC-2, what size are they? Makes a difference. Many trailers come with Group 24.
Second... The RV fridge draws around 300-400 watts, that's 30-40 amps.. Your alternator likely pumps no more than 10 amps into the batteries on the trailer.
15 Tops.. This is because of the long wire run between alternator and battery.
So, Please tell us more about your batteries,, and run Fridge on Propane. not 12 volt, cause on 12 volt it eats too much battery...
NOTE: some Fridges draw less power on 12 volt.. This, of course, means they do not cool as well so the food spoils.
