Fridge on or off during storage?
I have seen both sides; some keeping the doors open to avoid mold, some say never turn the Norcold off, if you can help it. What say all you knowledgeable folks?

Off, with the door cracked open. Our Norcold had plastic clip-on thingies to keep the doors open about half an inch. Closed with power off will make it get very smelly and power on for several weeks can cost a fair amount.
