But seriously, if you search the forum, any fuel savings by driving a toad is typically offset by the much worse mpg of a Class A. With a 5th wheel, you typically hear people talking about 8-12mpg (depends on the engine and how big).
With a Class A you typically hear about 5-8mpg.
So if you actually move the rig at all, it quickly cancels out any fuel savings from using a small toad.
Unless you are into heavy duty off roading, a 4x4 big pickup is easy to drive around and does just fine.
