My first impression would be tire balance too, I would check that first,also the alignment shop should have checked all the front end parts. One thing that the Chevy Chassis has over the Fords is that they don't have as much wear problems on these parts.
Mine was aligned at 95000 miles and the Truck Mechanic that specializes in heavy duty truck alignment checked all of the parts in the front end and said that there was very little wear and I was good to go,unlike the ones he sees on RVs with Fords Chassis.

This post it is for earlier years but the problem was found in later years also. If these parts are loose they may cause a shimmy.
