I can't get the cover off. Have taken the 10 screws out but can not get cover loose from under tv.

The molded plastic cover under the TV is also screwed into the wooden faceframe (from the inside). The faceframe and plastic cover need to be removed together.
Before removing the faceframe you'll want to remove the small speaker from the top center--pop off the mesh cover, remove the screws holding it to the faceframe and unplug the speaker and remove it.
To remove the faceframe you'll need to remove all of the screws through the plastic cover (under the little plastic caps), remove the center sunviser and then remove the two screws on either side that go into the faceframe from inside the cabinets. You'll need to tip the faceframe out a bit at the top and then it should come down and off.
