The front tank (Thor Super C Diesel) had a kink in the neck, they fixed it - then re-fixed it, this time it is correct and I can now fill the tank. Go under you machine, (engine off-and cold) I prefer to use a creeper (lay down dolly on wheels) to go under and inspect the hoses. Look for damage, kinks, and just look around. I found wires hanging (not tank related) and used zip ties (cheap at Lowes or HD) and secured anything not strongly connected.
Thanks for the info on the Trojan batteries. I too have the same problem with the batteries draining down rather quickly. I also added one est 120w solar panel and because I was under some trees, saw little assistance from the panel. I also do off grid stuff - "Burning Man" and need to run the frig but prefer not to run the gen. I will look at swapping out the POS batteries for some Trojans. Thanks Jer in Texas :)
