on these old engines
according to the manual , I have an "inline injection pump"
and the drawing labels some little thing at the bottom of the engine as the lift pump
the inline injection pump has the fuel manifold fittings ( fuel rail ? ) on top
#3 is the lift pump
#8 is the injection pump
#10 fuel injection manifold
i believe the lift pump on electronic engines is our injection pump or something similar, maybe combine two functions ?
any way this 'injection pump' is the expensive part, and the one that is leaking
