Maybe so, maybe not. But two separate slides have their own motor vs one. I just looked at the slide motor on one of our opposing slides. Unbelievable how small they are to run that slide in & our over and over. I think two smaller slides would be easier to support and track better than one big one, and most likely have a motor better capable of moving them?
Of course this is just my opinion, I could be full of it. :?
