I would consider myself the poster child for large Slide wall Schwintek owner problems. I've had two different Palazzo's with pretty much the same problem. To that end. Thor has addressed my issues. My full wall slide out was just repaired two weeks ago. I am satisfied with the repairs. I am just not so sure how long term this repair will be. Only time will tell. Ask yourself this one question... Are you willing to have to wonder whether or not your slide out will operate properly the next time you hit that button?
