Another task to be completed and not listed above is the carpet. To put it bluntly it is GROSS in the front and the bedroom is a little better. The couches will come out and all of it will be replaced. I got the estimate today, and my wife and I went over to Lima Carpet and picked out the new carpet.
We gave Don the go ahead to replace both the carpet at the front and in the bedroom.
The new carpet is close to the original color, but with a touch more yellow in it. It is a top quality commercial carpet. The pile is not quite as high, and the stain warranty is 10 years with out exceptions.
We thought about red but when we got the samples in the MH it was just to dark.
