Boy, I'm really impressed.
Caledonia RV is really knocking it out of the park. More has actually been done then reported here, I will report one or two tasks at a time.
The items on the list are falling like flies ( I hope I didn't just jinx it)
4) The roof needs to be re coated with EPDM rubber roofing system. Scrape, clean, and reseal all sealants, including all roof seams along body lines. Perform complete sealant check.
5) While redoing sealants on roof, remove and install new Sensar IV TV antenna. Verify proper operation to all TV's. Verify operation of cable service to all TV's.
As with just about any job it is all in the preparation . Here we see the old calking coming off

Loose rivets have been discovered along the drivers side just as I found on the passenger side when the awning almost fell off
New TV antenna

Every good job always ends with a broom. Broken ears were found on the max vent cover so a new one will be ordered and installed.

If you want to see more pictures and detail here is a link.
Roof Repair
The job is not done yet, all the seams have to be finished first and then the whole roof will be coated. Good progress is being made.

This is a rubber roof.
The rubber roof is a bone of contention on this Motor Home. The seller specifically stated in his ad that this MH had a fiberglass roof. I discovered the lie before purchase, but I had traveled 3,000 miles based on his lies and now it is time to fix and repair. At the same time I will have the aging TV antenna replaced with a digital compatible working one.
