Interesting that you mention Suncoast Designers for the fogged window/creeping seal repair.
We are there right now having 4 dual pane (or is that pain) windows redone.
12 coaches in right now for window repair. One crew removes/installs and specialists do the actual window repair.
After separating the panes, the glass is machine cleaned, reassembled in a separate climate controlled room, an oven used to set the new seal, etc.
Oh, and they have electricity, water and a dump station while you are here.
Very professional.

All finished and ready to leave. 4 windows repaired. Removed yesterday morning, rebuilt yesterday afternoon, set up/cured overnight, installed this morning.
Very happy with work (and I am not that easy to please).
