Traveled again to Caledonia RV, Some projects have been finished up and others are just starting.
All of the old rope lights have been removed.

It is surprising that the MH is still here with the questionable wiring that was done. I believe we have most, if not all of the Previous Owners wiring attempts removed at this point.
I know there are LEDs out now that try and duplicate the warm glow that you get from a filament bulb. In my opinion the warm feeling generated by a filament bulb just cannot be beat.

The new rope light has been installed in the ceiling fixture, but I was not happy with it. It kind of droops between the fasteners. This will be reworked and the "C" channel on the couch will be used to hold the rope light in a straight line. I think it will look much better.

The dash area has been buttoned up, all the original owners wiring has been removed in this area as well.
The cruise control unit in the engine compartment has been replaces as well as the on/off button on the side console. A new original button could not be located so this will do for now until I can find one. I need to start developing salvage yard contacts for some part sources fro some other projects I have in mind.
The pilot light on the air horn button now works as well.

The generator has been pulled from the bus. I t was a good thing to do. It appears the fuel pump has a leak as well as the return line from the pump was ready to go

The whole underneath of the generator is saturated with fuel. It all needs to be cleaned and all potential leaks repair, all hoses and belts will be replaced

What would really be fun would be to drive the Motor Home down the road and watch peoples faces with the missing "engine"

As usual there are more pictures and text on my web site.
