we DRY camped & tailgated at our son's University for 4 days/3 nights....was in low to mid 20's each night....no freezing that i could detect.
fwiw my black & gray tanks are not insulated, nor are they heated - in fact they are exposed to the elements under the coach. I did dump my gray water one evening out of fear of freezing.
I've hear of folks adding a 60w light bulb in the basement to keep your tanks warm.
