Have never worked on a Duo-Therm but what are they doing wrong.... Most RV furnaces are very similar.
The two models I know best are Atwood (Which I have) and Surburan (Which in some cases uses the same parts). both work alike.
But describe the problem and perhaps there is a 3rd party repair that is superior to the OEM.. Was in my case.
