i HAVE A 2000 Discovery mod 37V, I have no 12V to the cigar lighter. It is located on the floor between the driver and co-pilot. I have traced the wires to the fire wall and there are no fuses present...

It could be a bad ground also. It also could use a relay instead of a fuse.
