While I can't help you with the fuse panel question, I'd use a 12VDC meter to find out if it's the fuse or a wiring issue. Right turn is green, Left turn is yellow. Test the wiring from the coach to see if it's "live". If it is, then the issue is with the dolly wiring. If not, then you'll have to continue your search. Regardless, it's good to know where your fuse boxes are. A call to Winnie should give you that answer unless someone chimes in here pretty soon....best of luck...Dennis
