Fuse panel locations

The dolly and motorcycle lift, with turn and brake signals too, lights are good. A test light at the 7 pole connector shows no power to the left turn/brake connector, but power to the running and right signals. I did find a placard in the main electrical compartment stating that "chassis manufacturer's electrical components and rear fuse panel located under left rear valance door". Below that is a cover which says, " chassis manufacturer's electrical components", but it is held in place with 4 bolts. I haven't removed the bolts yet because it seems to me to be a stupid place to put fuses. Still can't locate any under steering wheel.

Guess I'll get out the nut driver and see what's there. I'll post my results
