FW water drain

We have a 2016 Forest River Forester. Can't locate the drain for the fresh water tank. Found a blue hose under the unit that appears to be coming out of the FW tank but there is no valve to release the water. Any suggestions on where the release valve is?

It should be in the compartment just behind the passenger side rear wheel. Inside is a black door with a latch. It's the blue one pointing down. Did you find it? You could have different model than mine.

Blue hose could be over flow for fresh water tank. Mine is that color and bigger than the water supply line.

Possibly the valve is up next to the FW tank, at the top of the hose.
