We had a smaller gas Class A before we purchased the DP in our signature new. At 10 years, it really will vary depending upon the care the coach has received. It will be EASIER and less work to find a new Gas coach but not necessarily better or cheaper in the long run.
A 10 year old DP that has had no modifications or upgrades done to it over those 10 years will feel old and dated compared to a new gas coach. On the other hand, over the past 10 years, we have continually updated our coach with new MCD shades, residential fridge, new televisions throughout, new carpeting, new tile backsplashes, new faucets, new toilet, you get the idea. Folks are always surprised that the coach is 10 years old because it doesn't look or feel like it is.
