In Florence Oregon you'll have a Fred Meyer that has Diesel, and pretty good access. It's located on the north side of town. Other stores in Warrenton (South of Astoria) and in Tillamook & Coos Bay, I haven't been to Coos Bay but the other two are are accessible. The store in Newport does not have fuel.
